This study explores how practitioners in the Foresight & Futures field shape and grow their expertise, examining competencies, skills, and knowledge areas. Conducted through a survey with over 100 respondents, the research captures diverse insights from both Newcomers and Established professionals. By analysing learning pathways, motivations, and challenges, the study highlights the evolving needs of futurists and the implications for professional development. The findings offer a nuanced view of how futurists build unique profiles and contribute to the remarkable diversity of the field, providing insights for practitioners and educators alike.
Trước giờ mình cũng chỉ xem cầu kèo cho biết, coi như tham khảo chứ không dám đặt niềm tin tuyệt đối.
